HOW TO PLACE A NAPPYCAKE SPECIAL ORDER
If you can't find the exact NappyCake look that you have in mind, we will be happy to work with you to achieve what you want.
As this NappyCake will be "baked" from scratch, to complete an order, we will need the following information:
For correspondence:
your name
your email address
your contact numbers
Please indicate which form of correspondence you prefer, email or phone call.
For your order:
baby's gender
your preferred diaper size (1, 2 or 3)
preferred NappyCake size
preferred NappyCake theme (subject to availability)
alternative NappyCake theme
date needed
any special instructions
For shipping:
shipping address (include City, State or Province, Postal Code, Country)
your preferred form of shipping (Regular, Priority Courier or Xpresspost)

The following charges apply for shipping your NappyCake diaper cake with Canada Post regular parcel:
1-tier diaper cake - $15.00 CAD
2-tier diaper cake - $25.00 CAD
3-tier diaper cake - $30.00 CAD
Payment Options
Once your order is received, we will send you an invoice in the email address you give us where you will find the details
of your and a paypal link for payment options. You may pay using your paypal account or if you don't have one, you
may use your credit card. No need to open a paypal account. Just follow the payment link on the email we send you.
PayPal is easy-to-use and allows you to securely send money using your credit card or bank account to any
email user. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe and secure. When you pay via PayPal,
your account information won't be revealed to us. All payments are done on the Paypal secured server.
Orders are normally shipped via Canada Post, 2-3 days following your order. We will let you know
the shipping cost in your confirmation receipt. We ship to the US and Canada.
We can rush orders to ship out in 1-2 days, depending on availability. A rush charge is $20 plus whatever shipping option you choose.
